The rules of the road for using Yard Mule Pro — what you can do, what we provide, and what happens when things go sideways.
Yard Mule Pro ("YMP," "we," "us") is a web-based yard management platform operated by Yard Mule Pro LLC, a Connecticut limited liability company, at 28 Middle Rd, Enfield, CT 06082.
The platform provides real-time trailer tracking, dispatch coordination, and yard management tools for logistics facilities and their yard truck operators. We are a software vendor only — we have no employment relationship with any driver, dispatcher, or facility worker who uses this platform.
By creating an account, checking the consent box at login, or otherwise accessing the platform, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, don't use the platform.
If you're accessing YMP on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
You must be at least 18 years old to use YMP. By using the platform, you confirm you meet this requirement. YMP is a commercial logistics tool — not a consumer product.
YMP uses Google Sign-In for authentication. By signing in, you authorize YMP to receive your Google UID, email, and display name. You're responsible for all activity under your account.
The platform has three roles: Driver, Dispatcher, and Admin. You must select the role that accurately reflects your function. Selecting a role with greater permissions than your actual function — to access unauthorized features — violates these Terms and may result in immediate access revocation.
The platform may permit limited anonymous access to certain features. Anonymous sessions are temporary and carry no data persistence guarantee.
Exact pricing within these ranges is set at time of agreement based on yard size and operational complexity. Final amounts are specified in your Client Agreement.
YMP may adjust monthly fees with thirty (30) days written notice. Continued use after that period constitutes acceptance. All fees are non-refundable except as stated in your Client Agreement or required by law.
YMP is for coordinating trailer movements and yard operations. You shall not:
YMP is a coordination tool only. It does not replace physical safety training, facility signage, qualified supervision, or OSHA compliance. Physical safety is the responsibility of the property operator and employing entity — not YMP.
Platform data represents a digital record and may not always reflect real-time physical conditions. Always verify physically before moving equipment. Do not operate a mobile device while driving a yard truck.
The YMP platform — including its software, interface, design, trademarks, and all YMP-created content — is the exclusive property of Yard Mule Pro LLC. These Terms grant you no ownership interest in the platform.
You retain ownership of operational data you input (trailer numbers, yard configurations, worker names). You grant YMP a limited license to store and process that data solely to provide the service.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Yard Mule Pro LLC and its member, officers, and agents from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from: your use of the platform; your violation of these Terms; your violation of applicable law; or any incident, injury, or property damage at your facility.
YMP may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without cause, with reasonable notice where practicable. You may terminate by ceasing use and, if applicable, providing written notice per your Client Agreement.
Upon termination, platform access ceases immediately. Sections 8, 9, 10, 11, 13, and 14 survive termination.
Any dispute arising from these Terms shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If not resolved within thirty (30) days, disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Commercial Arbitration Rules, with proceedings in Hartford County, Connecticut. The arbitrator's decision is final and may be entered as judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction.
You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against YMP.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut. For matters not subject to arbitration, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Hartford County, Connecticut.
